With 12 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician, I believe skincare is about so much more than what we see in the mirror. Healthy, beautiful skin begins with understanding your individual needs and creating a personalized approach that fits your lifestyle, your goals, and your skin. My passion is helping women and men achieve healthier, smoother, brighter, more youthful-looking skin through customized professional treatments and effective home skincare. From corrective skincare and advanced facial treatments to brows, lashes, waxing, and beauty services, each appointment is thoughtfully designed around you. But this is more than just a place for a facial or beauty service. I want 31 South Beauty Lounge to be a place where you can slow down, breathe, relax, and take a little time for yourself. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Aimee’s Esthetics | 31 South Beauty Lounge, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I truly value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to my business and other clients.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
48+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service may be charged.
Cancellation fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled, when applicable.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service amount may be charged.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
I understand that unexpected delays happen! If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. If your appointment must be cancelled due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
Emergencies
I understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service when the appointment is completed.
